At Pocket, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new tech. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Pocket account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Device
Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the device to ensure it meets our return criteria, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
